We often talk about banana bread as a healthy option of usual cakes that contain a large amount of oil, but we miss on the avocado bread.
Avocado fruit is known as healthy fat, which can be used instead of butter or oil. We tried the recipe, and we can assure you that the taste is just divine. The avocado bread is fluffy yet chewy with a slight richness, and this is how we like our bread.
Let’s dive directly into the ingredients of this avocado bread:

Chocolate Avocado bread ingredients:
2 c. almond flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Freshzilla Smashed avocado
1 c. Honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
2- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3- In another large bowl, stir together the mashed avocado, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour mixture and fold in chocolate chips.
4- Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for about 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5- Let it cool slightly in the mold, then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
Note: You can use all-purpose flour if you don’t have almond flour and honey instead of sugar. We just wanted to make this avocado bread as healthy as possible.
