In 2005 two entrepreneurs saw the need to reduce the quantity of additives and preservatives in the food industry.
As a result from that belief, World’s Garden was born and became the first company to bring HPP guacamole to Europe.
The same year World’s Garden created its own brand for the foodservice industry: Freshmex.
Driven by the idea of improvement, a retail brand was created: Freshzilla
Because of the good results obtained, the head quarters were getting small. To solve this, the board of directors took an important decision and moved World’s Garden’s head quarters to Switzerland.
In 2017 the company took a brave step and decided to include juices in its product offering.
Since then, World’s Garden has added over 15 new products.
As the business grew the company had to face another strategic decision: where to place the operations office.
After considering several locations Barcelona was chosen.
To ensure the highest quality of its products World’s Garden opened its production office in México.
Thanks to these strategic decisions, in July of 2019 World’s Garden received a BRC certificate.
